Please read all of the text below before emailing me with any questions.
Shipping prices have decreased.
I will no longer be offering refunds for lost, stolen or misplaced packages due to USPS's consistent negligence. Instead, I will give you the option to add insurance to your package for .99 cents. 99 cents covers up to $100. The packages will be covered by Shipsurance through Shipstation. I have taken the extra steps to hand every individual package to a USPS teller so that they can scan them infront of my face and give me a receipt.
Pin Grading System
All pins unless otherwise noted are "Standard Grade"
Collector's Grade: Best for pin collectors! Guaranteed free of air bubbles, stray paint/glitter specs, metal plating defects (excluding backs), and low-fill or gouged enamel. If you want a collectors grade pin I will accommodate you as best I can just leave a note before checking out or email me.
Standard Grade: Meant to be worn! Free of major defects but *may* exhibit minor imperfections such as: tiny stray glitter specs, superficial tiny bubble in enamel or epoxy coating, imperfections in the metal on the sides or back of the pin, superficial scratches to metal surfaces, superficial paint drops or spreading into other enamel. Standard orders may be filled as collector's grade, but are not guaranteed as such. All of my pins are promised to be standard grade.
Seconds Grade: For budget collectors. Multiple or major defects of the types noted above, or: peeling enamel, missing enamel, or other unexpected problems. Seconds are sold in a separate listing with "SECONDS" in all caps written on the title and on the product page.
Refunds will not be given on orders where the package tracking shows that the item was delivered. Refunds will not be given if you have contacted me after the tracking number is no longer valid. Tracking numbers expire and are later reused by some carriers. If I can't see if it's been delivered then I am not going to refund you.
Refunds will not be given if you are not happy with the quality of your product. Quality standards are clearly stated above and by purchasing from my shop you agree to these terms.
Refunds or replacements will be given if your pins were clearly damaged during shipment do not contact me if you break it a week after it has been delivered!
Refunds will be given only once the damaged pins have been shipped back to me. Buyers are responsible for return shipping fees.
I will not replace a pin if you are not happy with its size or color. I clearly state in each listing the size and material the pin is made of.
Refunds will not be given on unraveled or damaged tassels unless the damage happened in shipping.
Refunds will not be given on seconds (defective) sale pins.
Refunds will not be give on clearance sale pins.
Product Color May Slightly Vary Due To Photographic Lighting Sources Or Your Monitor Settings.

What shipping service do you use?
Why hasn't my order shipped?
If you have placed a multi-item order that contains a pre-order your order will not ship until the pre-order has arrived. Please allow up to 5 business days for us to pack and ship your order of in-stock items.
Pins on pre-order can take 3-5 weeks to ship. Please follow me on Instagram @fauxfoxstudio to stay up-to-date on any manufacturing delays!
Why isn't (insert the item in question here) available on your website?
If you can't find an item in my shop that you have seen on my social media platforms it is because that item: has not been listed, is sold out, is on pre-order in Kickstarter, or because that item is discontinued. Please follow the link in my profile to be directed to any current Kickstarters.
Why did some of my pins arrive without backing cards?
Clearance items and seconds sales normally will not ship with a backing card. Sometimes I may run out of cards as well. These things just happen. Sometimes I will ship more than one pin on a single card to save space, and other times I will ship items without the card to make them fit into a box or mailer so I don't have to charge you extra for shipping.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes! Gift wrapping is $2.00 extra. We will wrap your pin(s) individually in high-quality wrapping paper and include a personalized message of 100 characters max. Due to the nature of international orders (traveling long distances, getting handled by many machines and people) we can't promise your wrapped items will maintain their nice appearance by the time they've arrived at your door.
It's been weeks and still no pins, what should I do?
Check your tracking number! Does it say it was last in Chicago? That means it left the country and I cannot track it from their until someone scans it at a customs facility or mail office.
Contact your local post office asap! They may have been lazy and not left you a notice stating that you have an unclaimed parcel! This has happened! If the pins are shipped back to me I will refund you for the cost of the pins *only*. If you want them reshipped you will have to pay for shipping once more.
If your mail has gone missing you will need to file a claim with your local post office. They do not consider a parcel to be missing until it has passed a certain amount of time. We do not employ the postal service or its workers, they don't work for us and we are not responsible for lost or missing packages once they are in the care of the postal service. Once we have handed your parcel off to the post office, ownership and responsibility for the parcel transfers to you.
